Yesterday (October 11th) and today we finally got our floor heating. When I went to the house at 11 am, the workers hadn’t even arrived yet and I was worried if they would actually start that day. Chris and I stopped back again at 8 pm. Turns out they didn’t even arrive till 3 pm, but had already done the entire upstairs. They had to cut Styrofoam and put it all around the pipes.
I went there again today at 7 pm and they had the entire downstairs done and put some kind of foil on top of it. Now they just need to lay down the actual pipes for the floor heating (which they promised they will do throughout the night) and then on Friday the screed will be taken care of. Hopefully I will be there in time to see them do it, that should be interesting 🙂
